(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated. (b) 'Grant' means an apprenticeship incentive grant that is awarded to an apprenticeship sponsor under this subtitle. (c) 'Grant recipient' means a person or entity that receives a grant under this subtitle. (d) 'Program' means the Apprenticeship Incentive Program.
