// EFFECTIVE UNTIL JUNE 30, 2029 PER CHAPTER 627 OF 2023 // (a) On or before July 1, 2028, the Commission shall hire an independent consultant to evaluate the effectiveness of the Program in attracting new teachers to the profession. (b) On or before January 1, 2029, the Commission shall report the results of the evaluation to the Governor, and, in accordance with § 2–1257 of the State Government Article, the General Assembly.
