(a) In this title the following words have the meanings indicated. (b) 'Print disabled individual' means an individual who cannot effectively read print because of a visual, physical, perceptual, developmental, cognitive, or learning disability. (c) 'State Library Agency' means the Maryland State Library Agency. (d) 'State Library Board' means the Maryland State Library Board.
