Section 3-401 - Definitions

(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated. (b) 'Universal registration' means an election administration in which the list of individuals eligible to vote in a municipal election includes those residents of the municipal corporation who are included on the statewide voter registration list at addresses within the municipal corporation.
