Section 1-812 - Effect on Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act

(a) Except as provided under subsection (b) of this section, this subtitle modifies, limits, or supersedes the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act. (b) This subtitle does not modify, limit, or supersede § 7001(a) or authorize electronic delivery of any of the notices described in § 7003(b) of the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act.
