Section 13-102 - Scope of Title

(a) This title does not limit the right of an individual to practice a health occupation that the individual is authorized to practice under this article or the Health – General Article. (b) This title does not limit the right of an individual to install or repair a water pump, a water tank, or water conditioning equipment if the individual is authorized to provide plumbing services as a master plumber in the State.
