Section 15-301 - Definitions

(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated. (b) 'Examining authority' means the Director of the Bureau or the Director’s designee when referring to the procedure for grant or suspension of a permit of competence or grant or suspension of a first–class mine foreman certificate of competence or a fire–boss certificate of competence.
