(a) (1) The Department, in consultation with the Board, shall set by regulation reasonable fees for the issuance and renewal of licenses and other services that the Board provides. (2) The fees shall be set to produce funds to approximate the costs of the Board’s creation, maintenance, reasonable administrative costs, and ongoing activities. (b) The Board shall publish a schedule of the fees. (c) The Board shall pay all funds collected under this subtitle into the On–Site Wastewater Professionals Fund established under § 9–11A–11 of this subtitle.
