Subject to the hearing requirements in § 9–11A–17 of this subtitle, the Board may deny a license to any applicant, reprimand any licensee, or suspend or revoke a license if the applicant or licensee: (1) Violates any provision of this subtitle or any regulation adopted under this subtitle; (2) Fraudulently or deceptively obtains or attempts to obtain a license for the applicant or licensee or for another; (3) Fraudulently or deceptively uses a license; or (4) Is found guilty of gross negligence, incompetence, or misconduct while providing on–site wastewater services.
