Section 9-1308 - Report on Completion of Drilling

On completion of the drilling of any well, the well driller shall file a final report with the Department. The report shall include: (1) The log of each well; (2) The size and depth of each well; (3) The diameters and lengths of casing and screen installed; (4) The static and pumping levels; (5) The yield of each well; and (6) Any other information relating to the construction or operation of the well that the Department requires.
