Section 9-262 - Revocation Of, Changes To, and Expiration of Permits Issued by Secretary

(a) This section does not apply to the expiration, revocation, or modification of a sewage sludge utilization permit. (b) The Secretary may revoke or change any permit issued under this subtitle after the Secretary gives the permit holder notice of the proposed revocation or change. (c) If the term of a permit issued under this subtitle is stated in the permit, the permit expires at the end of the stated term.
