Section 13-907 - Parental Rights; Limitation on Authority of Standby Guardian

(a) A standby guardian’s authority under this subtitle may not, itself, divest a parent of any parental or guardianship rights. (b) The authority of a standby guardian with respect to the minor is limited to the express authority granted to the standby guardian by a court under this subtitle.
