(a) A member of a review board: (1) may not receive compensation; but (2) is entitled to reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations, as provided in the State budget. (b) (1) The local department shall provide the office space and personnel that the review board needs to perform its duties. (2) If 2 or more counties have agreed to establish a multicounty review board, the counties shall jointly designate the local department in one of the counties served by the review board to provide the office space and personnel that the review board needs to perform its duties.
