Section 4-612 - Powers of Secretary -- Evaluations

(a) The Secretary may: (1) evaluate periodically the effectiveness of the job training, employment placement, and service programs of the center; and (2) include in the Secretary’s annual report to the General Assembly a report on the center and its programs. (b) The evaluation and report shall include: (1) the number of displaced homemakers who participate in job training programs; (2) the number of displaced homemakers who are placed in employment; (3) follow–up information on displaced homemakers who participate in job training programs or who are placed in employment; (4) the number of displaced homemakers who are served by the service programs; and (5) the cost effectiveness of the programs.
