Section 5-1034 - To Whom Payment Made

(a) The court may direct that any payment ordered under this subtitle be made to the mother or any other person. (b) If the child is, or is likely to become, a public charge, the court may order any payment ordered under this subtitle to be made to the appropriate support enforcement agency for the support of the child.
