§ 5-3a-17

(a) Subject to subsection (b) of this section, a court shall rule on a guardianship petition under this subtitle within 180 days after the petition is filed. (b) A court may not enter a final order for guardianship under this subtitle until the later of expiration of the time for: (1) revocation of consent; or (2) the filing of a response to an order to show cause.
