Section 5-537 - State Board -- Chair and Vice Chair

(a) From among its members, the State Board shall elect a chair and a vice chair by majority vote. (b) (1) The terms of the chair and vice chair are 2 years. (2) At the end of a term, the chair or vice chair continues to serve until a successor is elected.
