§ 9-7-102

(a) Excluding § 101(c) of the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act, this title modifies, limits, and supersedes the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act. (b) This title does not authorize delivery of any of the notices described in § 103(b) of the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act.
