Section 12-127 - Action for Damages or Injunctive Relief; Award Amounts

(a) A person who is injured by a violation of this subtitle may file an action to recover damages or for injunctive relief. (b) A court may award a prevailing plaintiff under this section: (1) Up to 3 times the amount of actual damages; and (2) An amount at least equal to the amount paid by the plaintiff to the defendant, reasonable attorney’s fees, and costs.
