Section 6-406 - Unsafe or Unauthorized Practices -- Action by Board and Members

(a) The board may call a meeting of the members of the credit union to act on any practice of the credit union that the supervisory committee considers unsafe or unauthorized. (b) The board shall give the Commissioner advance notice of a meeting of the members that is called under subsection (a) of this section.
