§ 5-704-1

A regulated lobbyist, other than a regulated lobbyist described in § 5–702(a)(6) of this subtitle, shall complete the training course provided under § 5–205(e)(1) of this title: (1) (i) within 6 months of the regulated lobbyist’s initial registration with the Ethics Commission; or (ii) if the initial registration is terminated in accordance with § 5–704(f) of this subtitle earlier than 6 months after the date of registration, before any subsequent registration with the Ethics Commission; and (2) on completion of the initial training course under item (1) of this section, within the 2–year period following the date of the most recently completed training course.
