(a) In this part the following words have the meanings indicated. (b) (1) 'Candidate' means an individual who files a certificate of candidacy for: (i) election to the County Council; or (ii) County Executive. (2) 'Candidate' includes an incumbent member of the County Council and an incumbent County Executive. (c) 'County Council' means the County Council of Anne Arundel County. (d) 'County Executive' means the County Executive of Anne Arundel County.
