Jurisdiction ceded to the United States reverts to the State if the United States ceases to hold land acquired under: (1) Chapter 394 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1910; (2) Chapter 59, §§ 36A and 36B, of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1950; or (3) Chapter 158 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1953.
