Section 11-104 - Compact Administrator; Duties

(a) The Secretary or a designee of the Secretary is this State’s Compact Administrator of the Interstate Compact on Mental Health. (b) Acting jointly with compact administrators in other party states, the Compact Administrator may adopt rules and regulations to carry out the terms of the Compact effectively. (c) To facilitate the proper administration of the Compact and of any supplementary agreement entered into by this State under the Compact, the Compact Administrator shall cooperate with all agencies or officers of this State and its subdivisions.
