(a) There is a Governor’s Wellmobile Program within the University of Maryland School of Nursing. (b) The purpose of the Program is to: (1) Deliver primary and preventive health care services to geographically underserved communities and uninsured individuals around the State; and (2) Provide principal training sites for the University of Maryland School of Nursing that will expand student learning opportunities in the care of underserved populations. (c) The Program shall be operated, managed, and administered by the University of Maryland School of Nursing. (d) The operation, management, and administration of the Program shall be funded as provided for in the State budget.
