(a) The members present at a meeting are a quorum to do business. (b) The Commission shall meet at least twice a year, at the times and places that it determines. (c) A member of the Commission: (1) May not receive compensation; but (2) Is entitled to reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations, as provided in the State budget. (d) The Secretary shall designate the staff necessary to carry out this subtitle.
