Section 13-5107 - Reports

// EFFECTIVE UNTIL JUNE 30, 2025 PER CHAPTER 385 OF 2023 // (a) On or before December 1, 2023, the Commission shall submit an interim report to the Governor and, in accordance with § 2–1257 of the State Government Article, the Senate Budget and Taxation Committee, the Senate Finance Committee, the House Appropriations Committee, and the House Health and Government Operations Committee. (b) On or before December 1, 2024, the Commission shall submit a final report of its findings and recommendations to the Governor and, in accordance with § 2–1257 of the State Government Article, the Senate Budget and Taxation Committee, the Senate Finance Committee, the House Appropriations Committee, and the House Health and Government Operations Committee.
