Section 13-605 - Results of Hearing Screening of Newborns to Be Included in Birth Event Information

(a) As part of the supplemental information required to be submitted to the Department as part of the birth event, a hospital shall include the results of the hearing screening of the newborn. (b) The Department may adopt regulations for results reporting procedures for hospitals, birthing sites, and audiologists.
