(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated. (b) 'Fund' means the Academic Health Center Immunotherapy Research Fund. (c) 'Statewide academic health center' means: (1) The University of Maryland Medical System Corporation, the University of Maryland Medical School, and the University of Maryland, Baltimore Campus; or (2) The Johns Hopkins University and the Johns Hopkins Health Systems.
