(a) In addition to the duties set forth elsewhere in this subtitle, the Commission shall maintain on its website an application that a small business may use to compare premiums of health benefit plans offered by health insurance carriers under Title 15, Subtitle 12 of the Insurance Article. (b) The application required under this section shall provide information on: (1) Premiums for health benefit plans sold under Title 15, Subtitle 12 of the Insurance Article, categorized by age bands; and (2) Premiums for health benefit plans sold under Title 15, Subtitle 12 of the Insurance Article that include riders typically purchased by small employers in the State. (c) The Commission shall update the information required under this section at least quarterly.
