(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated. (b) 'Commission' means the Commission on Civil Rights. (c) 'Gender identity' has the meaning stated in § 20–101 of the State Government Article. (d) 'Sexual orientation' has the meaning stated in § 20–101 of the State Government Article. (e) 'Unit of the Department' means a unit described under § 2–106 of this title.
