In this subtitle, 'health care facility' means a facility or an office where health or medical care is provided to patients by a health care provider, including: (1) A health care facility as defined in § 19–114(d)(1) of this article; (2) A kidney dialysis center; (3) A facility operated by the Department or a health officer; and (4) The office of a health care provider.
