Section 21-404 - State Preemption

(a) A political subdivision may not regulate any milk product that is produced, processed, and manufactured in accordance with this subtitle and the rules and regulations adopted under this subtitle. (b) Any milk product that is produced, processed, and manufactured in accordance with this subtitle and the rules and regulations adopted under this subtitle may be sold anywhere in this State.
