(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated. (b) 'Guaranty' means a guaranty that the product, fabric, or related material covered by the guaranty has been tested for flammability under the rules and regulations adopted by the Department under this subtitle. (c) 'Product' means any mattress, mattress pad, sleepwear, or other clothing.
