(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated. (b) 'Proceeds' means the gross proceeds minus the costs associated with the sale, lease, or disposition of property and equipment, as determined by the Department of General Services. (c) 'Trust Fund' means the Community Services Trust Fund.
