Section 5-301 - Definitions

(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated. (b) 'Committee' means the Postmortem Examiners Advisory Committee. (c) 'Medical examiner’s case' means a death that a medical examiner is required by law to investigate. (d) 'Office' means the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner.
