(a) In this Part II of this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated. (b) 'Advance directive' has the meaning stated in § 5–601 of this subtitle. (c) 'Registrant' means an individual who registers an advance directive with an electronic advance directives service recognized by the Maryland Health Care Commission.
