§ 7-5-901

(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated. (b) 'Council' means the Opioid Restitution Fund Advisory Council. (c) 'Fund' means the Opioid Restitution Fund established under § 7–331 of the State Finance and Procurement Article.
