Section 10-304 - Applications for Licenses

(a) To apply for a license, an applicant shall: (1) Submit an application to the Board in the form required by the Board; (2) Pay to the Board the application fee set by the Board; and (3) Submit to a State and national criminal history records check in accordance with § 10–302.1 of this subtitle. (b) If an applicant is required under this title to take an examination, the applicant shall submit the application and fee at least 30 days before the date of the examination that the applicant is required to take.
