Section 10-312 - Reinstatement Upon Failure to Renew

The Board may reinstate the license of an occupational therapist or an occupational therapy assistant who has failed to renew the license for any reason, and who applies for reinstatement more than 30 days after the license renewal deadline, if the occupational therapist or occupational therapy assistant: (1) Meets the renewal requirements of § 10-311 of this subtitle; (2) Pays to the Board the reinstatement fee set by the Board; (3) Provides documentation of successfully completing the continuing education requirements established by the Board; and (4) Completes any other requirements established by regulation.
