Section 10-401 - Practicing Without License

(a) Except as otherwise provided in this title, a person may not practice, attempt to practice, or offer to practice occupational therapy in this State unless licensed to practice occupational therapy by the Board. (b) Except as otherwise provided in this title, a person may not practice, attempt to practice, or offer to practice limited occupational therapy in this State unless licensed to practice limited occupational therapy by the Board.
