Section 11-311 - Display of Licenses; Statement to Be Given Patient

(a) Each licensee shall display the license conspicuously in the office of the licensee. (b) A licensee practicing optometry away from the licensee’s office shall give to the patient a statement that contains the licensee’s home address, license number, and signature.
