(a) The Board shall include in any order of suspension or revocation the specific terms and conditions of the suspension or revocation. (b) Except as provided in § 11-318(c) of this subtitle for a stay pending review, when the Board files an order of suspension or revocation, it is effective, in accordance with its terms and conditions, immediately. (c) The Board shall keep a copy of each order of suspension or revocation as a permanent record.
