Section 13-205 - Quorum; Meetings; Compensation; Staff

(a) A majority of the full authorized membership of the Board is a quorum to do business. (b) The Board shall determine the times and places of its meetings. (c) Each member of the Board is entitled to: (1) Compensation determined by the Board and in accordance with the budget of the Board; and (2) Reimbursement for expenses at a rate determined by the Board.
