(a) A majority of the full authorized membership of the Board is a quorum to do business. (b) The Board shall determine the times and places of its meetings. (c) Each member of the Board is entitled to: (1) Compensation determined by the Board and in accordance with the budget of the Board; and (2) Reimbursement for expenses at a rate determined by the Board. (d) In accordance with the budget of the Board, the Board may employ: (1) A staff; and (2) Experts and consultants to obtain information and advice that relate to physical therapy.
