Section 13-403 - Misrepresentation -- Physical Therapist Assistant

(a) Unless licensed to practice limited physical therapy under this title, a person may not represent to the public by title that the person is licensed to practice limited physical therapy in this State. (b) Unless licensed to practice limited physical therapy under this title, a person may not use the abbreviation 'P.T.A.' or any other word, letter, or symbol approved by the Board with the intent to represent that the person practices limited physical therapy.
