(a) To apply for a license, an applicant shall: (1) Complete a criminal history records check in accordance with § 14–308.1 of this subtitle; (2) Submit an application to the Board on the form that the Board requires; and (3) Pay to the Board the application fee set by the Board. (b) The Board may not release a list of applicants for licensure.
