Section 15-309 - Display of License; Notice of Change of Address

(a) Each licensee shall keep a license and delegation agreement for inspection at the primary place of business of the licensee. (b) (1) Each licensee shall give the Board written notice of any change of name or address within 60 days of the date of the change. (2) A licensee who fails to comply with this subsection is subject to an administrative penalty of $100.
