(a) This subtitle does not limit the use of the terms 'behavior analysis' or 'behavioral analysis' by an individual authorized to practice under this article who is practicing within the individual’s scope of practice. (b) This subtitle does not limit the right of an individual to practice a health occupation that the individual is licensed, certified, or otherwise authorized to practice under this article.
