(a) In addition to the powers set forth elsewhere in this title, the Board may adopt: (1) Regulations to carry out the provisions of this title; and (2) A code of ethics for licensees. (b) In addition to the duties set forth elsewhere in this title, the Board shall keep: (1) Records and minutes necessary for the orderly conduct of business; and (2) A list of each currently licensed acupuncturist. (c) In addition to the duties set forth elsewhere in this title, the Board shall investigate any alleged violation of this title.
