Section 2-303 - Applications for Licenses

To apply for a license, an applicant shall: (1) Submit an application to the Board on the form that the Board requires; (2) Pay to the Board the application fee set by the Board; and (3) Submit satisfactory evidence of having completed a State and national criminal history records check in accordance with § 2–303.1 of this subtitle.
